At Confident Rush, we empower young women to navigate sorority recruitment with confidence and authenticity. Founded to demystify Rush Week, we offer confidence coaching and personalized support, providing expert guidance on conversations, resumes, outfits, and mindset. Our goal is to help PNMs find their perfect sisterhood match while transforming the excitement and challenges of Greek life recruitment into a positive experience that fosters lifelong friendships, leadership skills, and a sense of belonging.
Rush Week can be overwhelming, but with our rush week support, it doesn't have to be. Confident Rush guides young women through the sorority recruitment process with tailored assistance, promoting confidence, genuine connections, and empowerment. Whether you're a first-generation rushee or navigating a competitive campus, we are dedicated to helping you embrace Greek life and discover a sisterhood that celebrates your unique strengths.
While we cannot promise that working with us will guarantee a spot in a sorority, we will do everything we can to ensure you are ready to go through rush with confidence.

Laura
Being a part of a sorority was one of the best decisions I ever made. Born and raised in Atlanta and then transplanted to Texas, I went to the University of Oklahoma and joined Alpha Omicron Pi. That bond of sisterhood eventually led me to Kansas City. We started this company to pursue my passion for helping others through confidence coaching. Our goal is to provide rush week support for young women, ensuring they feel confident and enjoy the sorority recruitment experience.

Bridging Education and Excellence. A Chicago native and Oak Park alumna, I bring a unique blend of Midwest heart and academic precision to the sorority recruitment process. With a BA from Purdue University and a Master's in Instructional Technology and Design from St. Joseph's University, I've spent my career as an educator mastering how people learn, connect, and succeed. We founded this company to apply those same instructional strategies to Rush week support, offering confidence coaching to help young women navigate the sorority recruitment process with confidence, clarity, and a winning strategy.
